In Pennsylvania, a grandparent's rights are defined by statute.

You may have more rights to visitation or custody of your grandchildren than you think.  The Pennsylvania legislature has recognized the importance a grandparent can make in a childs life and have written laws that give grandparents rights in certain circumstances.
